1.3. How will we use your data?
DejaBlue collects your data so that we can:

1.5. How do we store your data?
DejaBlue does not store your data directly, but uses the services of partners/providers to do so. We systematically choose secure data storage and it gets stored on European servers.
1.6. How long do we retain your data?
DejaBlue will retain your data for 24 months after you last use our service. Once this term has expired, we will process your data through deletion or de-identification (anonymisation).
1.7. What about our recipients, service providers and partners?
The Personal Data collected on DajaBlue's website are mainly intended for DejaBlue, however they may be shared with our partners or service providers.
In order to carry out the maintenance of the website, some of your data may also be shared with our subcontractors.
We ensure that all our partners, service providers and subcontractors are subject to adequate personal data protection mechanisms and comply with the RGPD Regulation. A list of our partners and service providers is available upon request.
Personal data will only be processed by authorized personnel who are bound by a confidentiality clause or any other equivalent contractual document.

DejaBue wants to make sure that you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following benefits:

Your right to the portability of your data. You have the right to the portability of your personal data.
The data on which this right can be exerted is:

only your personal data, which excludes de-identified personal data or data that does not pertain to you;

the self-reported personal data as well as the operating personal data mentioned above;

personal data that does not infringe on the rights and freedoms of third parties, such as those protected by business confidentiality.

This right is limited to processing based on consent or contract and to personal data that you have personally generated.
This right does not include derived or inferred data, which is personal data created by DejaBlue.
Your right to withdraw your consent. Where our data processing operations are based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. We will then stop processing your personal data without affecting the previous operations to which you had consented. Your right to appeal. You have the right to file a complaint to the CNIL (National Commission on Information Technology and Civil Liberties) on French soil, regardless of any other administrative or legal recourse.
Your right to set post-mortem instructions. You have the ability to set up instructions regarding the retention, deletion and disclosure of your personal data after your death with a trusted, certified third party who is responsible for carrying out the wishes of the deceased person in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legal framework.

2. Communication via email and SMS
Transactional communications are necessary for the proper functioning of the DejaBlue services or to inform you of the status of your charge sessions when using DejaBlue services.
Dejablue does not currently send any transactional emails.
DejaBlue sends transactional SMS in the following cases:

Sending a code to log in to the DejaBlue mobile app and app clips.
3. Marketing
DejaBlue might send marketing emails to keep you up to date with current activities and industry updates. You have the right to prevent DejaBlue from contacting you for marketing purposes at any time. To this end, each marketing email includes a link to manage this marketing communication so that you can unsubscribe with immediate effect.
4. Cookies
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information. When you visit our websites, we collect information about you via cookies or similar technology.
5. Privacy policies of other websites
The DejaBlue website contains links to other websites. Our privacy policy is applicable to our website and our apps; so if you click on a link to another website, you should read the privacy policy applicable to the aforementioned website.
